Project Process & Turnaround Time

Revisions

Each service includes a set number of revisions as stated on the product page.
Additional revisions beyond what is included may incur extra costs.

We reserve the right to refuse revisions that drastically change the initial brief and may require a new order.

Refunds & Cancellations

Because our services involve digital labour and time investment:

All sales are final once work has begun.

Refunds are only considered if no work has been started.

Refunds will not be issued due to a change of mind or dissatisfaction based on subjective preference after approved concepts.

If we are unable to complete a project for any reason on our side, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

Ownership & Usage Rights

After final payment:

You receive full rights to use the final approved design for personal or business purposes.
We retain the right to display completed projects in our portfolio, website, social media, or marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

You may not:

Resell our designs as templates.
Claim unedited drafts or unapproved concepts as your own.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate, complete information for your project
Supply any required materials (logos, brand guidelines, text, etc.)
Ensure you have permission to use all materials you provide
Review drafts in a timely manner

We are not responsible for infringements resulting from client-provided content.

Communication

All communication regarding your project will take place via:
