Revisions

Refunds & Cancellations
Because our services involve digital labour and time investment:
All sales are final once work has begun.
Refunds are only considered if no work has been started.
Refunds will not be issued due to a change of mind or dissatisfaction based on subjective preference after approved concepts.
If we are unable to complete a project for any reason on our side, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
Ownership & Usage Rights
After final payment:
- You receive full rights to use the final approved design for personal or business purposes.
- We retain the right to display completed projects in our portfolio, website, social media, or marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
You may not:
- Resell our designs as templates.
- Claim unedited drafts or unapproved concepts as your own.
Client Responsibilities

- Supply any required materials (logos, brand guidelines, text, etc.)
- Ensure you have permission to use all materials you provide
- Review drafts in a timely manner
We are not responsible for infringements resulting from client-provided content.
Communication
All communication regarding your project will take place via:
